Current Projects

The lab works on a range of projects at the intersection of bacterial physiology and evolutionary dynamics. We develop novel biophysics methods to address problems relevant to emergence of antibiotic resistance, adaptation to fluctuating environments, host-pathogen dynamics, and bacterial recombination.
